The basis of what you do on the phone is exactly the same as how you got them there--you give value first, which establishes the needed trust to make a sale & attract them into your business.
By knowing what value you offer first, you will have the confidence and clarity you need to lead. You will possess a leadership quality that you might not even know you have (yet).
Your prospect will want more of you, instead of less of you.
You'll be appreciated because you're giving something, rather than just going through a script or list of questions to 'get something.'
You'll feel better about what you do, or more importantly, the way you're doing it. So will your prospect.
It all leads to a lot more sales and a lot more fun... ultimately, it leads to MORE success in any business you're involved with. If you're in the networking industry it leads to a lot more duplication for obvious reasons.

I suggest putting some effort into promoting this course on your blogs, Facebook, bookmark locations and to your lists (and everywhere you have a presence)... Also, send your current University students to register at a link they'll find at the top of the first page they see upon logging into their Univeristy account. Give them precise instructions on how to log in and register.
