Below is an article I wrote quite a few months back on a very simple but powerful strategy that is as close to a 'short cut' in making money the right way I've found.  I've used this "Leveraging the News" strategy time and time again to build my list, reputation and brand, and of course, my income... as I positioned myself in front of movements, or events as early as possible.

With Ann Sieg launching her new book (free by the way) called "The Attraction Marketer's Manifesto" this is one of those rare moments where you can get in front of the masses and Leverage the News.

Remember how I keep talking about leveraging news to generate more leads?

I first introduced how you could leverage the news of Black Belt Recruiting when Mike Dillard launched his book (if that was appropriate for your target market).

Not soon after when Mike Dillard gave out his Twitter link and invariably introduced thousands of people in the network marketing industry to Twitter, we threw another tip out to 'create content on Twitter.'

More recently, after Facebook changed their layout, we suggested to create some content about Facebook.

What News Will Generate Leads for You Now?

Topics related to the "Financial Crises". 

Link the concerns and fears people understandably have right now about money and the turmoil we see in the credit and stock markets (and Corporate America in general) to their dreams of being financially free and secure.

Here's a perfect example of how someone recently did just that.

I found this on Digg, where Donna Wells connects the financial concerns many are facing to the solutions she offers in home-based business.
