How Much You Make Is Directly Tied To This...

Did you know that the extent of VALUE you offer in your communication to prospects and clients is proportionate to how much you make?

Same is true in your JOB... However you make your money, your communication skills SIGNIFICANTLY impact what you earn.  Improving your communication is the fastest way to better opportunities and increased pay.

Uh Oh...
Probably not what you wanted to hear.

I AM sorry if this bursts your bubble...

But you might be looking for answers about how to make more moolah' (or obtain more success in your work or business) in all the wrong places.

And perhaps you're thinking that a system or opportunity is the solution when what you're actually lacking is good communication.

This isn't a problem that's going to go away until you step up and meet the challenge head on.

------------------------------------------
Who Is Teaching These Skills?
------------------------------------------

Regardless of how you generate leads...

Whether you build a marketing funnel to generate your own leads, work a referrals list, use Google Adwords (PPC), a blog, a website, SEO, social media or you cold call leads (hope not)--there comes a point where you must know how to effectively communicate or you limit yourself and depending on how little you know about effective communication, it could stop any level of real success from happening at all.

If you're good at marketing but bad at communicating, you likely make 10% of what you could with the same number of leads.

Ouch.

Coaching skills are effective communication--they give you the ability to lead and influence people.

Confidently.

Competently.

Learning coaching skills doesn't have to be difficult... it just has to be one of your main focuses.

Doing so is one of the few shortcuts available to success.

We'll soon be allowing students to learn these skills with Barbara Silva's Coaching Cognition.

I encourage you to take this opportunity to learn in months what took me years because I was on my own alone. With Barbara and Coaching Cognition you'll be in a safe place to accelerate your learning.

There's another aspect to this that can really make a difference for you...

Students of Coaching Cognition will have an opportunity to be featured ongoing at our Coaching platform--where we direct PAYING clients to you and manage all the details (we have a lot of people in need of qualified coaches and regardless of what you think now, YOU likely have the ability to be one).

For many this will be a full-time income as a coach.

Others will do it here and there to make ends meet, build confidence, while enjoying assisting others, and building their dream in their current business.

An entirely new world opens up to you when you become a coach with Coaching Cognition.

In case you missed it, hear from Curt Johnson about Coaching Cognition.  He's Ann Sieg's upline and was her coach at one time.

Curt's been a coach for years so his recommendation and participation in Coaching Cognition speaks volumes to what it can mean for you.

Here are two others I'd like you to hear from in case you missed them.

Here are more people you can hear from about their 'take' on Coaching Cognition... notice how authentic they are.

Notice how 'salesy' they are NOT.

Really watch them.

Read between the lines--these are real people who have quickly gone from where most people start... where you likely are now...  to owning VALUABLE coaching skills.

You CAN do this.

We'll have more details for you about how to join this exclusive 6 month class program.  Watch closely.  We'll be open for only a short time in early October.  The date isn't set.  I'll share what I know as I know it!

If you missed my article on The Only Shortcut That Exists I highly recommend it.  It talks about developing your essential list of skills to avoid the mistake I made in my first 14 years in business.

Partners in success,

That is so true - effective communication is a key to earnings.

Mike, your post made me think back to my corporate days and remember how the earnings were tied to communication.

First, any projects got intense scrutiny throughout the life of the project. We used a stage/gate system, very formal, with clear management review points.
Many more projects were started than the budget could handle to conclusion.

So...
The best communicators:
- got their projects approved
- progressed their projects further and faster
- continued to get funding

Communications was critical to the longevity of projects and success of projects.

Second, you probably already guessed - the same communication effect also impacted raises.

Ratings and Rankings, the process for annual reviews, depended on:
- your ability to communicate your value and contributions to your boss
- your bosses ability to communicate your value, compared to other groups
- your bosses boss' ability to communicate your value in the next larger group

... you get the picture.

Good performance + Poor Communication = Poor Earnings.
Pure and Simple.

In my business today, Communication is a key factor in attracting prospects, generating leads, conversion, sales, retention, and the list goes on.
I'm a believer - Communication is Key to Earnings.

No matter what business you're in, you need to have good communication skills.
This is especially true if you have a home business in network marketing. If you want to be perceived as a leader then you have to have the skills of a leader.

Coaching cognition is that platform for me that will do just that. As Eric mentioned in his video, he learned how to be more productive and save time with his coaching clients. That's a really big one for me. Often I'll be wondering what to say next to the person that will get them to take action. But not just any action, one that will bring them and their clients more value in the end.

Mike,
I have to be reminded sometimes to get my head off marketing and back on communicating. I know how to do it well. After all, I'm with Coaching Cognition!

And what a pleasure it is to learn how to effectively communicate and influence others. I'm staying focused....thanks for the opportunity!

This message is so timely. As someone who worked in corporate communications for many years, I helped companies create and implement strategic communications plans. Now I get to do it for my own business and help my coaching clients develop strong communication skills as well.

One of the main things I learned is that communications has to be two-way, and you need systems to facilitate and encourage two-way communications. The Internet is the ultimate tool to achieve that!

Coaching Cognition is a valuable resource for anyone looking to enhance their communication skills, whether it be as a coach or a client. Many thanks for allowing me to be a part of this amazing program!

In my own business, learning to communicate with prospects in an effective way is one of the most important aspects to ongoing success.

The Coaching Cognition program will help give the skills for the blocks and fears that go with growing the business to monetary success.

Not Getting Paid to Coach? You're Probably Not that Valuable.

With Coaching Cognition, I learned how to be valuable. I fit myself into the Coaching Cognition platform, and now I'm getting clients sent to me who pay.

Now I can call myself a coach.

Before...

I was one of the people who called themselves a coach.

We see it all the time, it's in their profile descriptions at the Social Media locations. It's sounds similar to this:

"Hi I'm First Last, an internet network marketing coach and consultant. Get coaching from me and I will teach you attraction marketing lead generation so you can leverage the power of the internet to build your online business the most effective way possible."

With so many people saying that, unless you're really IT, you won't differentiate yourself and be an active coach.

Trust me - I went that route for months. Sure, there were months where I'd have a few coaching clients, but nothing predictable.

Then I decided to join Coaching Cognition because I wanted to be a REAL coach, who'd gone through REAL training with a "coach of coaches" who had received REAL coaching training.

That's Barbara Silva. And that's Coaching Cognition.

Upon going through the Coaching Cognition training, my confidence grew, and I realized NOW I'm a real PAID coach.

It's already amazing, the Coaching Cognition platform has been sending me paying clients who already know who I am and want to receive coaching from me.

Mike and Eric have really hit the nail on the head.

Communication is a necessity for success. It is something that I don’t do easily and I have noticed a difference when I have worked at ‘breaking my silence’ and working to communicate better.

I can see that communication is the key. People want to relate to ‘real people’, not just be a number or a cog in a wheel.

Communication itself is contributing value but to develop the skills will be highly beneficial to everyone, and most of all yourself.

As Mike has said, Coaching Cognition with Barbara Silva will give you a safe place to learn how to communicate more effectively so you can continue to add value and attract people to you.

Coaching, Amazing Value

I am not a coach...yet. But, I have been coached and all I can say is, WOW, what an amazing benefit it has been for my overall focus on where I want to go in my business life. To gain better focus has put an end to my overwhelm feeling of trying to be everywhere, all the time. I haven't explored it for my personal life, but, hear it can also be helpful in that area as well.

I just want to send out a huge "thank you" to my coach and to Barbara Silva for putting together this amazing program. This will be so helpful to so many people. I know it first hand.
