Update on Moving Websites to New Servers

The site was down for several hours Saturday as we prepare for the 'big launch'.  At 5 AM Sunday we decided to put the site back up even though all the files hadn't transferred over to the new server.  There were some issues to work on during the migration so we decided to load the system back onto our older servers until the issues are resolved.  We didn't want to have the site down for too long of a period of time.

So, the site and system is back up; however, it will be back down as we try the move everything again either Sunday (today) or early next week after the issues we ran into with the migration are resolved.

I know about as much as most of you about this stuff so in simple english:  Site is back up but it'll be back down when we try to make the move again.

This is all part of our preparation for a huge and exciting launch coming in late March.  More on all that soon, once we get over this technical part of it.

P.S. We'll post classes 1, 2, and 3 for How I Built My First List once the migration to new servers is complete.

Mike...even though its a temporary inconveneience, we're all looking forward to knowing we're growing so big, we need to even upgraded the servers!
We owe it to the fabulous trainings and the contributions of all the great members.

Have a super weekend, Mike.

Only way I could access MM was by using its IP address. Apparently you have changed your DNS and the change has not proppaged so far

Hi Ron, interesting. Has anyone else had this issue? Glad you found a way in Ron. You are probably right although I would think it would have propagated by now.
