Suggestion to Super Guides & Renegade Professionals Who Have Reviewed the Video Marketing Tutorials....
Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 06:49AM
I highly suggest posting video responses on other people's videos at YouTube... great way to get exposure. (I'll explain what a video response is if you don't know in a bit).
I've recently posted several videos at http://YouTube.com/marketingmerge that are EACH getting hundreds of views (one has received over 11,000 views so far and growing)---I don't see ONE video response on MOST of those videos. Other Super Guides have posted their own video there and these videos also get plenty of exposure... video respond to those for tons of branding and a huge increase in leads (by doing it at dozens or hundreds of related videos over time). These are like money magnets that work for you over and over.
It's amazing to me the opportunities laying all around us untapped! Look for the easy things that create the biggest impact for exposure and branding.
By the way, if you're a Super Guide you can post a video response and that video response can have a link to a self promotional link... that would be OK. Video responses are open territory for all (Super Guide or not).
Not Sure What a Video Response Is?
If you go to just one of the videos I posted in the Super Guide Channel : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5zKn3BSUWA&feature=related
Look below it and you'll see a small video that Didi posted. When hundreds (or thousands over time) of people visit the main video many will see the video below and click. Her link is to the right of her video ... once she makes a video she can post this on hundreds of other related videos... see the leverage?
We show you click by click how to do video marketing on YouTube like this in Professional--anyone can do this stuff. Afraid to do video? So was everyone else!!! Hey, you don't even have to be in the picture you can learn how to record with camtasia, which is software allowing you to do a training on your computer showing others how to do something... (Eric Walker just did a training on using Camtasia last Saturday... his first Webinar by the way... I think it's going up in the back office soon as well). Look... anyone can do this stuff. There is a first time for everyone with everything. Think about that. Believe in yourself and choose to do it and it'll happen fairly quick in this environment!
Other suggestions for leverage:
You should also subscribe to that channel (need a YouTube account first, which we show you how to set up click by click in Professional in video marketing section)--that way you'll see when new videos are loaded when you log back into YouTube.
In addition, I suggest you add yourself as a friend at that channel, it's another way to stay connect and current with videos being added so you can respond by posting your own.
In addition ;-) I suggest becoming a Super Guide (if not this time than prepare for next time we let Super Guides in) because then you can post your own videos on that channel at YouTube and get tons of exposure free.
Big opportunity for some easy exposure and results...
If you're not doing video yet, highly encourage you to review the video marketing tutorials in the back office--lots of leverage there.
Mike
P.S. Site should be back online today though expect some bugs and glitches--ramping up for launch... getting the technical side of things nailed down so we can support you and the growth coming. Over 25,000 people have watched the interview with Ann and I--approaching 30,000 downloads of the Attraction Marketers' Manifesto--these numbers increase by the thousands per day (by the way, you know you can leverage all this for your own business, right?) Find out about my story in the class "How I Built My First List" I love leveraging events like this...it's the basis of my success over and over. You can duplicate that "Leveraging the News" strategy for yourself. Follow up on suggestions. Paint by the numbers by going through the Professional tutorials (OK, you have a good excuse right now, site is down... but not for long!)
The launch will be BIG to say the least. I suggest you position yourself by creating as much value and content as you can (even if you're just in training or getting used to the tools you MUST learn to go for it).

Really great material, got me thinking!
Thanks
Thanks again Mike, thought provoking as ever. I really must bury my fear of being filmed and start doing some videos!!
Mike, Thanks for the tips. Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees. It really helps when you suggest things we should be doing. It validates that it's a step in the right direction. Soon, you shouldn't have to prompt us, but for now, it's the direction we need to move forward in Attraction Marketing.
Thanks,
Becky
So many great tips and ideas from you Mike. Thanks so much. I'm heading over there now to get some free exposure.
