The 'Welcome webinar' from Mike can be found in your 'Archived events' section in your Professional back office as well as the link near the top of the page.

Contact support@marketingmerge.com -- they'll be able to trouble shoot the problem with you and get it corrected.

Ideally, people will contact the help desk by logging into your back office and clicking on the link at the bottom of the home page -- but if you can't log in, email support directly.

I am having a difficult time locating my affiliate code for the Manifesto. The link in my back office is for the Renegade Marketer book. Please tell me how to get my affiliate code for the Manifesto as I want to put it in the download builder of my safelist which is about ready to launch.
