Note to Renegade Professionals and Breakthrough Students
Monday, May 18, 2009 at 08:01AM Email I sent that directed people to the below Tip:
If you've been around Renegade Professional for even a minute, you've heard me talk time and time again about the power of offering value first in order to attract sales and business.
But sometimes this can be a lot simpler than you make it.
Here's a quick tip (but a powerful one) to keep in mind if you plan to refer others to Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring Program by email, or at your blog, Squidoo, or wherever.
This tip applies when recommending ANY product, service, resource or opportunity--not just to those who choose to refer others to Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring.
There is power in the "willingess" to serve others. In fact, the willingness is more powerful than the actual giving of value! You should read that again.
Read the tip, reflect for a moment, than give it a go next time you recommend anything to a potential customer or client. The significant difference in your results is almost magical.

Mike Klingler

Remember that when you share the Renegade Breakthrough Mentoring Program, add value to your message.
Whether you're referring to it in an email, a blog post, or wherever it may be, you want to do more than just tell people about it--share what YOU are willing to offer along with it.
Don't know what you can offer? That's OK. It can be made a lot simpler than you may realize...
Adding value as you share a product or resource can be as simple as assisting purchasers with Squidoo, or any of the other steps you've taken ahead of them. It may mean you offering to work with them in a partnership. It can be anything. The mere gesture is powerful. It's valuable to people to see someone is willing to offer something of themselves -- this makes you that much more attractive as a person to buy from and do business with in general.
By sharing this and other resources in such a way, you'll attract customers, clients, downline and partners abundantly.
If you're new, give it a try with your best intentions forward. That's really all it requires. It's all about intention.
By the way, we shared the following email with Renegade University members today, but it is highly recommended you email any Renegade University contacts you have attracted with the above intentions in mind.
Here's a link to the email that was sent to those in Renegade University.

Thanks Mike / Ann for this cutting edge tip. I would have never thought about it, if I had not been a part of Renegade University and Renegade Networkmarketer.
As you have suggested and what I have learned so far, it' better to offer value first.
Regards
Andrew
Hi Ann & Mike,
Great tip and reminder to everyone to always look at giving first and adding value to any offer. After awhile it just becomes second nature.
I created a blog post last night and sent an email about Renegade Breakthrough to my lists this morning. In it I included the extra bonus of some one-on-one coaching with me, and included a link to my coaching page, so people could see the value.
You are so right about how simple it can be - you can give your time in the form of coaching, an ebook you put together, access to the WorksTeam training or your own secure area with extra business tips, etc. - the ideas are endless!
Thanks for all your work in putting the RBMP and Renegade Pro resources together, as well as going above and beyond in the affiliate tracking.

Thanks for the tip. I will be implementing this right away. It makes so much sense. You get so caught up in the value you sometime forget how you can pass it on as well.
I like that tip. It helps you understand that your value is you and your time. that is what some people want. They really want to see if you will spend the time with them to help them understand and build with them. It makes sense, invest some of your valuable time in others and they will be drawn to you. I will try this method.
Excellent advice, Mike. You practice what you preach! Leading with value has more advantages than one can count.
In fact, if we look back at our longest and strongest friendships, chances are, you or that person gave something of value to initiate the bond.
"Give, and it will be given to you."
Thanks for the succinct reminder.
