Email Log Jam - Email Issues with Support Desk
There was an email snafu and server problems this week that caused your email to not be delivered to the Renegade Professional inbox. This resulted in a log jam. The cause is still unknown. Approximately 1,200 emails came in all on the same day.
Official Statement Being Released from Renegade Professional Support Desk
We are so sorry to have kept you waiting on a reply. We had some questions about emails not reaching our support desk and after launching an investigation have discovered that, indeed, a great many tickets had not been properly sent by the server into our inbox.
We ask that you bear with us, as this means we have far more tickets than usual to address all at once and we will work with you as quickly as possible. Please know that if you were dealing with a deadline issue to purchase or cancel a product, we will honor the date you sent your notice, not the date we received it.
We will be going through and answering the tickets having to do with billing and access information first, followed by less urgent matters.
Whenever you submit a ticket or email you should receive an automated response confirming that we received your correspondence and giving you the ticket number for your reference.
If you are mailing directly into support, the correct address is support@marketingmerge.com. Please double check that there are no spaces or typos when you email.
Under normal circumstances, you can expect to hear from us (the human us, not the automated response which should be instant) in no more than 48 hours. We take pride that our response rate is almost always well under 24 hours.
We regard this lapse in time between when you emailed us and when we were able to respond as unacceptable and will do everything we can to remedy the situation immediately to your satisfaction.

These weekly summaries have been a great help. Good idea! And good work Eric! Now that we have clarified the busy calendar, the next thing to be tackled is the morphing and multiplying of groups within groups. Let's see: free RU, Renegade professionals, trainers, mentors, coaches, guides, Breakthrough... A nice table would be good! Table headers: Group name, qualifications, how to join steps, contact person... or something along those lines.
That's a GREAT idea Richard. We've been so busy developing these things we haven't had time to really communicate all that's here! We're getting there!

I second the great idea, RIchard. I am new and have lots to learn, so a table with the definition of the terms would be wonderful. Good way to help us new ones learn. I just did a search to see what SEO meant. Now I know.

Glad you like it...I understand what you mean when you say, "That is one stress I can eliminate" That's what succeeding online is all about, especially in our information age. What did John Lennon say, "There are no problems, only solutions."
Again you are showing the value of the Renegade Pro. A professional newsletter with direct to the point answers is a great asset to use as well as having the ability to use it as a promotion tool. Having current information at your fingertips is a huge time saver. What I really like about it is the way it keeps you current with ideas you may have not thought of in a while.
