How To Get On Track & Stay On Track!

Forget The 90 Day Action Guide? Huh?

I resisted when someone first proposed we add a “90-Day Action Guide” to Renegade Professional... telling you what to watch and do first, second, etc.

I don’t like long to-do lists. They intimidate me!

I like to move around freely in my business and continued studies, and learn what I want, based on my own preferences... much how I would select courses at a University.

But...

We now know (and I have come to understand) that a lot of “smart beginners’ benefit by having a “90-Day Action Guide” to walk them through a sequential learning process. So we provide it at the bottom of your Start Here checklist.

You Should Still Attempt To Design Your Own Action Plan!

You’ll notice there are some things to review in the Start Here area before you jump into the “Action Guide.”

Like, “Customize & Personalize Your Training Plan” -- we’d like you to review that first.

Here’s the Benefit to You...

We’d like you to take as much responsibility as possible over your own training plan (just as you would choose some of your own courses when beginning at a University).

This is to empower you to learn to decipher WHAT steps are best for YOU to take next in your business, based on your strengths, interests and goals.

Taking responsibility for this has a lot of benefits...

  • You learn to navigate yourself in business, soon becoming accurately aware of what you should be doing with your time to maximize profits and fulfillment in your work.
  • You’ll minimize overwhelm and you’ll know when to say “YES” to new training offers and, more importantly, when its time to say “NO.”
  • You'll become independant--a key attribute of all successful people.

If you haven’t watched “Customize & Personalize Your Training Plan” write it down on your calendar and do it next.

That can be today, tomorrow, or next week.

Doesn’t matter.

What matters is you start writing things like this down on a calendar and follow through one step at a time (get a calendar or scheduler ASAP if you don’t have one so you can start doing this right away).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If You Know WHY You’re In Business, Now You Just Have to Nail Down the HOW... and the “HOW” has very little to do with your opportunity, system, circumstances, or luck.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Most of us have heard the expression, “If your WHY is strong enough, the HOW will take care of itself.”

While there is truth in it, I’ve found that knowing ‘Why’ you want to succeed in business is only a small part of seeing it happen.

I knew ‘Why’ I was in business for years... I had a purpose.

  • I wanted to contribute.
  • I wanted time freedom.
  • I wanted to be empowered to help my family when it was needed.
  • I wanted the nicer things in life; not bread crumbs.
  • I wanted to thrive, not just survive.

Eventually, after having two children of my own, my ‘Why’ became centered around them.

I bet you already KNOW your ‘WHY’ too.

Its important.

But it wasn’t until I found out a better “How” that things started to really transform.

True, I would have never worked through the tougher years doing things the hard way if I hadn’t had a clear, strong WHY,’ but my point is once I figured out a better plan-of-action for accomplishing goals, everything accelerated.

Things I did with my time started to synergistically work together.

What I worked on “over here” made what I did “over there” more effective.

People I met in my business 3 months ago were becoming clients and business partners today. With less and less effort, things started to gel together.

Getting On The “Accelerated Track”... And Staying On Track

First You Need The Foundation...

Before you can achieve accelerated growth in your business you have to understand what it is you’re trying to accomplish.

There are some preliminary steps to take to “get” this foundation.

Without a foundation, you’re basically trying to build your business on quicksand. Yah, that’s pretty tough (I’ve been there).  Once you have the foundation, you can THEN start building something of value for yourself and others.

IMPORTANT!

No system, opportunity or sales pitch can help you avoid the need for a solid foundation... to “understand” what you’re doing here... to set yourself up for success in the 21st century.

Many of you have already done this and have your foundation. If so you are in the building stage.

But it doesn’t hurt to get this review anyway, so you can remind others who come to you confused, overwhelmed, dismayed or petrified, because they keep skipping this imperative step in the process...

#1 Review the book, “Attraction Marketer’s Manifesto” --

There is a link to download it at no cost to you inside your Renegade Professional back office (at the very top of the page).

You can also share this with others to pre-sell them through education (no cost to them) and use this to generate your own list.

For more details on how to refer people to “Attraction Marketer’s Manifesto” and generate a list, contact your guide. If you don’t have a guide, find a Super Guide (see the people at bottom of www.MarketingMerge.com). Don’t be afraid to ask for help and seek it out!

#2 Review “The 7 Lessons to Attract Prospects to You” --

This is also at the top of your Renegade Professional back office.

You can also share the “7 Lessons” with others and use this free content to build a list of your own, while pre-selling others with education. You do this by referring people to your Renegade University referral link. You can access your link in the Lead Capture Pages area in your Back Office right after you click on Attraction Marketing.

#3 After Steps 1 and 2, your Start Here checklist inside Renegade Professional builds upon that foundation.

Last on that list is the 90-Day Action Plan, which is exactly what you should do if you’re not ready to design your own action plan. But if you move forward, the day will come where you know exactly what you want to watch and learn next in the Renegade Professional back office.

Things will continually be added by more and more trainers (you may be among those trainers one day, not long from now!)

We have priced Renegade Professional so that we can be your guiding resource for years to come. It’s not only a resource to give you a foundation, and to assist you in developing your business and marketing, but also a vehicle for you to contribute for additional exposure and to increase your credibility ranking. For example, as you develop forward, you will inevitably learn something that can be added in the back office. We assist you in adding this content in the back office and training you on how to maximize opportunities by leveraging a role as a leader within our community.

As you grow, your opportunities for lead generation and branding increase.

As a smart beginner, take it one step at a time, starting with the foundation above.

Think of your Renegade Professional back office like you would a University campus.

Here’s a great quote taken directly from www.RenegadeProBlog.com -- that one of the students left.

"Renegade Professional is so much like a University. Tons of classes on various subjects. Hard to know what to take. Yet at this University there is no time line, I can learn at my pace … and better yet, no grades. Just success in the future." - Denise Gore

As always, the way you perceive something dictates what you get out of it. Learning isn’t necessarily easy. But we’ve worked hard to make it as easy as possible for busy people who realize that learning and applying are the ONLY way to succeed in business (and in life in general).

Stay the course!

Partners in success,
Mike Klingler

Dear Mike,

Reminders like this will probably always be relevant to some of us as we create vibrant online businesses of our own. It is ever so easy to go off on a tangent and lose sight of the big picture... I know it's happened to me.

That is why I am grateful that you referenced the 90 day action plan. And I guess it's no coincidence that you have done so several times over the last few days.

The Webinar Event Series that began with Steve Anderson's on WordPress served me as an event to work towards - eliciting an intensified "Do" campaign. And I am continuing forward, with lots of follow-up actions. So, I read this message from you as a call for balance: Do not only for the short term, but also for the big picture results.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again:

It's a privilege to be here and benefit from all you (in the plural) give.

Thanks,
Jack

Mike, great information and reminders.

It is obvious that your experience in training has equipped you to understand the challenges "begginers" can have, as well as experienced business owners.

Reviewing the suggested information will surely help to direct our focus on the best and most productive path for us.

Mike, Thanks for all that you give to RP. It is a big example of how to give when you have what others don't and want to help others succeed. I have started RP numerous times and always got caught up in some noise from some other offer that never has worked out and only cost me money and most important time. I recently went through the video again about being in the orientation phase and identifying only offers that will benefit where I am at today. Yes, the start here checklist and action guide is very important for people like myself who like to jump around. My goal this time around is to be a super guide and then on to the coaches and trainer corner.

Thanks for your continued support. It is so beneficial to periodically review "at the beginning" items and webinars. Each time I review them I learn something new...something I missed the times before. The instruction will never get old or tiresome. Now I find people contacting me directly to help them with their learning, which is so exciting. I love being part of a group thatr can help others move their businesses more powerfully with Attraction Marketing. You and your whole team are the best!
Wishing you continued success-
Pat

Your post is so timely for me. Althought a member of Renegade Professional, I have yet to take the very first step - I have no blog, no web page, zip! I've used my busy schedule and total fear as an excuse. I've felt like the deer caught in the headlights. As more and more materials are presented, I've become more and more unsure about how to jump in and begin. But in this post you lay it all out for me - maybe my fear-based situation is not so unique. I've now noted your suggestions in my calendar; I have my to-do list on how to proceed. Many many thanks for this action plan.
