Network Marketing Training – How Train A New Distributor

 

You have used internet network marketing strategies to successfully recruit a new distributor into your organization. That’s fantastic! Now you have a new distributor to work with.

There’s just one problem. How do you get that new distributor off to the right start in your network marketing company?

When using internet network marketing as the primary way of building your business, you need to have a system in place to properly train your distributors. This system needs to be able to help your distributors do exactly what you did.

As a distributor that uses internet network marketing to build your business there are two areas in which you need to train your distributors. Fail to cover these areas in your  network marketing training and you will have unsuccessful distributors in your organization.

MLM Training On Your Network Marketing Company 

The first area you need to cover in your training is on your network marketing company itself. There are certain things a new distributor in your company simply needs to know how to do in order to be successful.

Many of these tasks have nothing to do with prospecting for new customers and business partners. However if your distributor doesn’t know how to do these things, he or she won’t be able to get paid or get their orders completed.

Hopefully your network marketing company or your up line support team already has a company training that you can plug your team into. This makes your job significantly easier for your team to duplicate.

All you have to do is promote that training to your new distributors.

This is done by simply explaining the importance of the training and encouraging them to participate. It’s even better if you agree to participate with them. This way they see you leading by example and will want to duplicate you.

If your network marketing company or up line doesn’t have this type of training, you will need to develop it on your own. Some of the things you want to show your new distributors include…

Your product line and the features and benefits of your main suite of products.

How to present your program.

How to fill out customer order applications and new distributor agreements.

How to get paid.

MLM Internet Marketing Training for Your Organization 

The second area to train your distributors on is how to do MLM internet marketing to build their business.

There are a number of different strategies your distributors can use to build their network marketing business, regardless of where you live.

One thing that may help you is to come up with some type of survey you can have all of your new distributors fill out. The survey should include some questions that inventory their skills, interests and the financial resources available to invest in their business.

This will allow you to identify what the best approach is for your team members from a prospecting standpoint.

For instance, if you have someone that’s got hundreds or even thousands of dollars to invest every month, you may want to direct that person to Google Adwords. If you have someone who writes well, you may want to direct that person to article marketing.

If you can find a training system that teaches a wide variety of internet marketing techniques, that would be even more efficient. Just make sure the training system is affordable and presented in an easy to learn format for your new distributors.
